The final solution is crafted to enhance the existing trust customers have in their local vendors. By automating key processes, the bot empowers vendors to prioritize quality and delivery, resulting in a more reliable service for customers. Leveraging WhatsApp—an intuitive platform familiar to both sellers and customers—ensures that the system will likely see widespread adoption. It’s essential to acknowledge that user testing with real users was not conducted during this project, highlighting the importance of future validation to confirm the solution's effectiveness and user satisfaction.
