After studying our initial brief we started Interviewing various election stakeholders starting from IIT Bombay campus staff. After understanding urban takes on elections, we travelled to Ganpatipule, Maharashtra to gather insights from a Rural perspective.

We implemented a Master-Apprentice relationship while taking the interviews. While we were there, we travelled to Malgund to expand the number of our interviews.

AASAAN connects the PRO to PO1 and PO2 and this intranet facilitates the communication and constant reporting of data.


Biometrics to verify voters and report their demographic data to the PROs device.

If Biometrics FAIL, we can always scan the document through the PO1’s device. If Scanning FAILs, we can manually enter the ID number.
