At Talink I participated in three projects running simultaneously, creating adaptable and user-centered designs across diverse platforms. The design process was structured, but most of the time, we would adapt the process to help our projects reach innovative and user-friendly solutions. I participated in every stage, from kick-off meetings and planning to handoff with developers, balancing client expectations with best practices in design.

Process

While the design process followed a linear structure, we prioritized client needs and satisfaction, utilizing client-provided research. Despite limited direct user interaction, we maintained usability through ongoing internal feedback and client discussions, achieving effective solutions.  Collaborative engagement with stakeholders established clear tasks, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring timely design completion.

I learned to communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders unfamiliar with the design process, utilizing prototypes and mockups for clarity. Collaborating across teams, I refined designs through internal reviews, logged tasks diligently; I also got the opportunity to onboard a new intern for Talink.
